How to Change Registered Information
Requests to change the personal information that was registered when a guest submitted a restaurant reservation request are generally not accepted, except in cases of input errors. However, if a change is necessary for unavoidable reasons, please contact our support team by replying to the reservation confirmation email sent by JPNEAZY. The following information can be updated:
- Guest Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number
*Please note that changes to the following cannot be requested. A new reservation request will need to be submitted.
- Credit card information
