How to Check a Restaurant's Cancellation Policy


There are two ways to check the cancellation policy of the restaurant you have reserved, as listed below.

1 Checking via the Reservation Confirmation Email

The reservation confirmation email sent by JPNEAZY includes the cancellation policy for the restaurant you have reserved.

Please check the red-highlighted section in the image. In this example, the standard cancellation policy, labeled as [Standard], is displayed.

2 Checking on the Restaurant’s Page

You may also find the cancellation policy on the restaurant's page. The right section of each restaurant’s page provides restaurant information, with the cancellation policy listed at the bottom.
