How to Check the Page of the Restaurant You Reserved

The restaurant pages contain important details such as the cancellation policy, reservation type, and the restaurant's description. There are two ways to check the page for the restaurant you reserved:

Please check the restaurant page URL included in the reservation confirmation email sent by JPNEAZY.

An example is shown in the red box of the image below.

You may also search for the restaurant page by selecting the area and category on the JPNEAZY homepage, then typing in the restaurant's name. However, since similar restaurant names may appear as suggestions, it could take some time to find the right one. Therefore, we recommend checking the reservation confirmation email you received as mentioned earlier.

If you contact us without replying to the email you received from us, please be sure to include your reservation ID in your message.
