When the Service Fee is Charged
The service fees, including the reservation handling fee paid to JPNEAZY and the meal charges paid to the restaurant, will not be charged until your requested reservation is confirmed. Payment will be required once it is confirmed.
Please note that if any changes or cancellations are made after the reservation is confirmed, the reservation handling fee that has already been paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
No Refund: Here’s Why
Reservations requested through JPNEAZY are not automatically confirmed online. Instead, our dedicated concierge directly contacts partner restaurants to check availability and secure the reservation. Since our service is provided and completed at the time of reservation confirmation, the handling fee is charged upon confirmation.
In this manner, we operate with careful coordination, maintaining ongoing communication with our partner restaurants.
