Timing of Refunds for Cancellations

Cancellation Request BEFORE Your Reservation is Confirmed

No fees will be charged until your requested reservation is confirmed.

NOTE: As an exception, in rare cases, some restaurants may process a pre-authorization before confirming the reservation. In such cases, if the reservation is ultimately not confirmed, the full amount will be refunded. The refund is typically processed within about one week after it is determined that the reservation could not be made, but it may take longer depending on the credit card company. If you do not receive the refund, please contact the credit card company you used.

Cancellation Request AFTER Your Reservation is Confirmed

If a refund is issued based on the cancellation policy, the refund is typically processed within about one week after the cancellation request is confirmed by the restaurant. However, it may take longer depending on the credit card company. If you do not receive the refund, please contact the credit card company you used.

If a refund is issued due to a difference in the number of guests, course, or other changes to the reservation, the refund will be processed after the reservation date has passed. The refund is typically issued within about one week from the reservation date, but it may take longer depending on the credit card company. If you do not receive the refund, please contact the credit card company you used.

Note: For reservation changes, the reservation handling fee already paid to JPNEAZY will not be reduced or refunded.
