Cancellation Fees for JPNEAZY Reservation Service Fee

As agreed when you submitted your reservation request, the reservation handling fee paid to JPNEAZY for a confirmed reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation, for any reason.

  1. Course Reservations: 10-15% of the course meal price.
  2. Table Reservations: Fees vary by restaurant.

Cancellation Fees for Restaurants

  1. Course Reservations

  • If you notify us BEFORE the restaurant's cancellation fee policy applies, the full amount of the prepaid meal will be refunded.
  • If you notify us AFTER the restaurant's cancellation fee policy applies, the full amount of the prepaid meal will be paid to the restaurant as a cancellation fee. However, depending on the restaurant's cancellation policy, a partial refund may be provided. In other words, if the cancellation fee is 100%, no refund will be issued.

Note: In either case, the reservation handling fee paid to JPNEAZY is non-refundable.

  1. Table Reservations

  • If you notify us BEFORE the restaurant's cancellation fee policy applies, no cancellation fee will be charged.
  • If you notify us AFTER the restaurant's cancellation fee policy applies, you will be charged the restaurant’s cancellation fee in addition to our service fee.

Note: In either case, the reservation handling fee paid to JPNEAZY is non-refundable.

How to Handle Your Cancellation Request

Please follow the instructions below based on the nature of your inquiry:

  1. If You Wish to Cancel

If you agree to the terms above and would like to cancel a confirmed reservation, please copy and paste the following red text at the beginning of your email and send it to the support email address listed below.

A request for reservation cancellation must be submitted by 12:00 PM (JST) on the day of the cancellation deadline as stated below; any request received after this time will be processed on the next business day.

*The cancellation deadline specified in the restaurant’s cancellation policy will be calculated excluding non-operating days of both the restaurant and JPNEAZY.

Important Notes

  1. Reservation cancellations can be requested within the cancellation deadline specified by each restaurant's cancellation policy. Please note that non-operating days of the restaurant or JPNEAZY are not included in the determination of the cancellation deadline date.


  2. If a guest requests a reservation cancellation, the cancellation policy of the respective restaurant will apply, and cancellation fees may be charged. Please refer to the following page for information on how to check the cancellation policy of each restaurant.

  3. If a guest makes a cancellation directly with the restaurant without contacting JPNEAZY, no guarantees will be provided. Any such request must be made by contacting our support team via email.
