How to Change Your Reservation
Before Reservation Is Confirmed
Changes or cancellations are allowed before the reservation is confirmed. However, since your reservation might be finalized immediately after submission, please contact us via email as soon as possible. The service fee may vary depending on the changes made. Any difference in cost will be adjusted by either charging or refunding the amount accordingly.
After Reservation Is Confirmed
You may request changes to the following reservation details. Please refer to the relevant section for the specific change you wish to make.

CAUTION:
Changes to a confirmed reservation must be made by contacting JPNEAZY via email. If a guest makes changes directly with the restaurant, JPNEAZY cannot guarantee the reservation.
